Application terms
These terms govern authorized use of Scribbles Academy Lead Desk, the business's private admissions follow-up application.
1. Authorized internal use
The portal is provided only to Scribbles Academy personnel and contractors who have been approved by the business owner. Staff credentials and access may not be shared. Users must follow applicable law, Scribbles Academy policy, provider requirements, and the permissions assigned to their role.
2. Permitted purpose
The application may be used to manage Scribbles Academy daycare inquiries, parent follow-up, approved offers and knowledge, email and SMS conversations, tours, staff escalations, and related operational records. It may not be used to access or manage unrelated advertisers, scrape or resell data, send unlawful messages, misrepresent offers, or contact a suppressed address or phone number.
3. Messaging and parent choices
A website inquiry authorizes email responses related to that inquiry. Promotional SMS is enabled only when the parent selects the optional SMS checkbox or another approved basis exists. Messaging hours, unsubscribe links, STOP and HELP requests, provider suppressions, and natural-language revocation must be honored. A reply, tour booking, staff pause, enrollment, disqualification, or closure may stop an automated sequence according to portal rules.
4. Google Ads API data
The Google Ads API integration is read-only and limited to Scribbles Academy accounts that the business owns or is authorized to access. Google Local Services lead and conversation data may be used only for the first-party operational purposes described in the privacy notice and may not be sold, licensed, or exposed to unrelated third parties.
5. AI-assisted output
Transcription, extracted facts, suggested replies, and other AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. The application applies automated guardrails, but staff remain responsible for escalated matters, policy decisions, pricing exceptions, safety or health topics, and any circumstance requiring human judgment. The portal is not an emergency, medical, or legal service.
6. Availability and third-party services
The portal relies on third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, Infobip, Resend, hosting, and telecommunications networks. Delivery, transcription, API access, or availability may be delayed or interrupted. Scribbles Academy may change providers, suspend automation, restrict access, or perform maintenance as needed.
7. Security and audit
Users must report suspected unauthorized access promptly and must not attempt to bypass security controls. Staff edits, AI decisions, sends, opt-outs, bookings, and integration failures may be logged and audited to protect families and operate the application.
8. Access changes and contact
Scribbles Academy may revoke portal access or pause functionality when required for security, compliance, or business operations. Questions about these terms may be sent to innocentliston@gmail.com.
