Scribbles Academy Lead Desk
Scribbles Academy Lead Desk is a private internal web application. Its purpose is to import Scribbles Academy's own Google Local Services Ads daycare inquiries so authorized staff can organize parent follow-up and book tours.
Organized inquiries
Authorized staff can review incoming inquiries and keep parent conversations in one secure operational workspace.
Simple tour booking
Front-office staff can offer available times, reserve a tour, and keep appointment outcomes connected to the inquiry.
Private by design
The application is for approved Scribbles Academy personnel. It is not a public parent account or advertising platform.
Google Local Services integration
The portal uses the Google Ads API to retrieve Scribbles Academy’s own Local Services Ads leads and conversation records. Access is read-only: the portal does not create or modify campaigns, ads, bids, budgets, billing, users, or account settings.
Google data is used only to help Scribbles Academy respond to the parent who made the inquiry, understand the request, manage follow-up, and schedule a daycare tour. It is not sold or used to operate accounts for unrelated advertisers.
Access and contact
Staff access is restricted by authentication and an owner-managed allowlist. Parents continue to interact with Scribbles Academy by phone or SMS; they do not need a portal account.
